TEMI-Community is producing and selling biodynamic wine.
Our wine is made in traditional Qwevri (cley pots) and has been recognized as being very tasty and high quality.
We are selling our wine here in Temi, some stores in Tbilisi, and we are also delivering six or more bottles to your home if you are living in or close to Tbilisi.

Vineyards
In spring 2004, through a project sponsored by a Canadian organisation, Temi started to plant its first grape wines on 3ha of land bordering the Gremi-village.
In the beginning, the famous georgian grape Saperavi was grown according to traditional georgian methods.
In November 2004, with a donation given from a small charitable Swiss organisation, Temi bought another 15ha of land.
In the following years the Georgian cooperation for ecologic farming "Elkana" introduced the first organic fertilizer for winegrowing on to the market.
In 2007 another 4ha of wines were organicly cultivated with the support of private donations.
Since 2007 every wine in Temi is organicly cultivated.
In 2009 the first "Qvevris", huge ancient georgian clay vessels, were dug into the earth on Temi area. According to Georgian traditions the home-pressed wine is to be stored in the Qvevris and will be filled into bottles if needed.
In February 2011 at the "Grüne Messe" in Berlin, at the stand of Elkana, Temi-Wine was acknowledged as very tasty by the public.
Georgian wine-experts judge Temi-Wine as "very high quality".
TEMI-Wine is sold in some special stores in Tbilisi, and can always be ordered direct from Temi.
In September 2011 we had the most abundant harvest till now: 18 tons of red and white grapes.
Because all the Qvevris are full, part of the wine has to be stored in barrels.
To dig in further Qvevris (which is a very laborious task) we need financial support.
Only the foundation walls of the storage house, that must be constructed around the Qvevris, have been built.
We are looking for donations to complete the construction of this wine cellar.
